The BCSI team incorporated in 2008, to serve our clients better after 32 years as Brattain Construction Services.

Now, with over 45 years of building experience under our belts, and long standing relationships with a select base of clients that include local and national business entrepreneurs, property owners and managers, non-profits, public agencies and legal and insurance firms, our company is looking to grow while continuing to accommodate our current clients, preserving their anonymity and providing the integrity and professionalism that we strive to deliver.

We maintain a small management staff who have been involved in a wide variety of construction projects including public works, custom homes, community and industrial developments, service and maintenance, medical, educational, restaurants and hospitality.

We are knowledgeable in structural concrete,  steel and wood, earth work and paving, dry and wet utilities, hillside construction, energy conservation, interior finishes, cabinetry, millwork, glazing, M/E/P trades, access controls and communications, alarms, fire suppression, waterproofing, painting, roofing, medical, industrial and restaurant equipment, and fire / smoke / water restoration.

BCSI has completed projects from service work to over $24M and every client is treated with the same consideration and respect regardless of their project size.

BCSI has been awarded and recognized by governments and trade organizations for both our design work and the quality of our construction on recently completed architectural concrete and memorial public space construction, as well as historic building preservation.

Our principal and management team have been retained as expert witnesses and worked for legal and insurance groups as insurance adjusters, investigators and litigation support.

The ownership and staff at BCSI believe strongly in donating time and money to the community, charitable organizations and supporting the active military and veterans.
